The free version is genuinely useful. You take the full survey and get 2 real AI-generated matches with actual reasons tailored to your answers. It's not a demo — it's real. We show 2 free matches because we think that's enough to prove the tool works before you decide to unlock the rest.
What's the difference between the $9 report and the $8/month Pro plan?
The $9 report is a one-time payment that unlocks your full results from this specific Survey — all 6 matches, plus a downloadable PDF. The Pro plan at $8/month gives you everything in the report plus the career path finder tool, the ability to Retake the survey as many times as you want, and access to everything we build in future. If you just want your results once, get the report. If you want to keep using FutureU over the next year as you figure out your path, Pro is the better value.
How accurate are the AI recommendations?
The AI uses your full survey answers to generate recommendations. It knows your average, your subjects, your personality, your location, your financial situation, your hard no's, and even the open-text answers you wrote. The more honest your answers, the more accurate the results. That said, AI isn't perfect — we always recommend verifying admission requirements and program details directly with the school. Think of FutureU as a very well-informed starting point, not a final decision maker.
Can I cancel the Pro plan anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard with one click. No phone calls, no cancellation fees, no drama. If you cancel mid-month you keep Pro access until the end of that billing period. After that you drop to the free tier automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
For the $9 one-time report, all sales are final once results have been generated and delivered — this is standard for digital products. For the Pro subscription, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again, but we don't refund the current billing period. If something went seriously wrong on our end, email us at Futureusupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Is my survey data private?
Yes. Your survey answers are sent to OpenAI's API to generate your recommendations — but we never send your name, email address, or payment information to OpenAI. Your data is stored securely and we never sell it to anyone. Read our full Privacy Policy for the complete picture.
Does FutureU cover schools outside Ontario?
Yes — we cover universities and colleges across all Canadian provinces. The AI factors in your location preference and can recommend schools anywhere in Canada. We're focused on Canadian post-secondary for now, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
What if I'm not happy with my results?
Email us at Futureusupport@gmail.com and tell us what felt off. We take feedback seriously — if the results genuinely didn't make sense given your answers we'll look into it. Pro users can also Retake the survey with updated answers at any time to get a fresh set of recommendations.
